Free legionella training for domestic properties

A free online legionella awareness course for landlords, letting agents, estate agents, property managers and trades. Eight lessons on legionella in houses and flats: what it is, what the law asks of a landlord, how a home’s water system works, how to take temperatures, how to carry out a legionella risk assessment and what to do about what you find. Watch, listen or read. No sign-in.

Each lesson has a two-minute video, the full written lesson with photographs, and questions to check yourself. About 13 minutes to watch it all, or 1 hour 17 minutes to read it. Every figure checked against HSE’s own guidance.
