For a large portfolio, what happens next

Four steps, and none of them is a sales call.

  1. We reply with a price. The same working day. It depends on how many properties you hold or manage. Prices include VAT at 20%; our VAT registration number is awaited from HMRC, and a full VAT invoice follows the moment it arrives, for everything bought in the meantime.
  2. We set your account up the same day you say yes. There is nothing to install and nobody to train — your properties import from a spreadsheet, and your staff are invited by email.
  3. Somebody surveys a property. On a phone, by the person already visiting it — allow thirty minutes to an hour. We would rather you did one before paying for the rest.
  4. You read what comes out. Three documents. If they are not obviously better than what you have now, we have not earned it.
