Two complete DwellFlow assessments, of two different kinds of house. Both were produced by the same software that produces every customer document. Nothing here is a mock-up.
8 Bramble Court, Netherfield — a fictional two-bed terrace with a combination boiler, like most of Britain. Nothing is stored anywhere in it, and it is about as straightforward as a water system gets.
EXAMPLE
Simple does not mean nothing to doThe plainest system we could write — mains-fed, no tank, no cylinder, two rooms with water in them — and it still returns nine recommendations.
Ordinary faults, found and explainedHeavy scale on the kitchen taps and the shower head. A capped feed under the sink where a dishwasher was taken out. A hose left on the garden tap. The filling loop still connected.
One cause, two readingsNeither the kitchen nor the bathroom reaches 50 °C. The report says to check the boiler’s setting first, rather than the storage — there is none.
A survey like this is done on a phone, guided the whole way — allow thirty minutes to an hour, less once you have done one. The documents produce themselves.
